12 Luxury Rooms
With just 12 rooms the Senlac is small enough to be cosy and intimate whilst still offering the quality and service you would expect in a large hotel.
All of the 12 rooms are stylishly decorated to give a contemporary feel and guests can choose single, double, twin, family rooms or suites. There is also a choice of rooms with ensuite facilities or standard rooms with shared bathroom depending on the budget.
Each room has a flat screen television with built in Freeview and DVD player, free wireless Internet, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, iPod docking station and tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits. GHD hair straighteners are also available on request.
All rooms are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival allowing guests to make the most of their stay. For guests wanting to make their stay extra special we also offer chocolate dipped strawberries, flowers, belgium choclates, a fruit basket, celebration cake or a nibbles tray.

The Senlac also offers two bicycles which are available to hire free of charge.
Registration form and terms and conditions agreement must be completed on arrival. Credit/debit card details are held on file for the duration of stays. Senlac Guesthouse Ltd/Senlac Holiday Apartments have the right to charge the credit/debit card to cover the cost of any damage caused to the rooms or apartments during stays.
Check in is strictly by appointment only as there is no permanently manned reception.
Times of check in are from 12:00noon to 9:30pm each day apart from Saturday & Sunday which is 12:00noon - 7:30pm. We do not offer a check in service between the hours of 3.00pm - 4.30pm. Apartment check in time is from 2.00pm. Check out on the day of departure is 10.30am
A 2.5% handling charge is made for all credit card payments. There is no handling charge for debit cards or cash payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY ROOMS
A credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations and authorisation of the card will be taken at the time of booking. If reservations are cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival we will charge for one night's accommodation on all bookings staying a maximum of 3 nights, all bookings staying longer than 3 nights will be charged one nights accommodation plus 50% of the total booking amount. With all online bookings full payment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY APARTMENTS
A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. If bookings are cancelled during the 3 weeks leading up to the arrival date refunds will only be made for the remainder of the balance 8 days or more before the arrival date. With all online bookings full payment is required at the time of booking.
