The Senlac offers 2 one bedroom Holiday Apartments located next to the Guesthouse. Both our apartments are well maintained and equipped to a high standard with full size cooker, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, toaster, colour TV, DVD player, Freeview, Linen is also provided and beds are prepared for number of guests prior to arrival. Tea towels, dish cloths towels and dusters are also provided. We also supply a free welcome hamper containing fresh bread, fresh semi-skimmed milk, free range eggs, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and cereal (weekly stays only).
Metered electricity is operated by 50p coins. Apartments are available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival and guests are kindly requested to vacate by 10:30am on day of departure. Both flats are fully compliant with local fire regulations. A deposit of £50 is required for each flat which will be held until departure against major damage, which must be reported to the proprietors. Payment is required in full on arrival.
Apartment 1 sleeps up to 4 people and consists of 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 single bed in the living area, an extra bed can be put into the bedroom or lounge area.
Apartment 2 sleeps up to 6 people and consists of 1 double bed and bunk beds in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the living area.
